These Terms and Conditions are in reference to a competition hosted by ESOOKO in which a priced voucher will be rewarded to a predetermined amount of people who direct message @esooko.official on Instagram

 

  1. There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  2. The first predetermined amount of entrants will receive a voucher to be used on the ESOOKO app worth an amount deliberated by ESOOKO.
  3. Rewards are as stated and are non-transferable, with no cash or other alternatives even if the advertised award becomes unavailable.
  4. The competition is open to any person aged 16 or over and a resident in the UK.
  5. This competition is evergreen with no stated end date and will be turned off upon completion of 50 entries at the discretion of ESOOKO.
  6. ESOOKO will not accept any responsibility for entries not received for any reason, including those whose privacy settings prevent direct messaging.
  7. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  8. Your privacy is important to us and we will not share your details with any third parties.
  9. ESOOKO reserves the right to amend the reward and competition details, and thereby the Terms and Conditions, at any time.
  10. By entering this competition you hereby unconditionally agree to the above terms and agree to be contacted by ESOOKO via Instagram, or other communications as agreed. You can opt out at any time.
  11. All entrants to competitions are deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them.
  12. ESOOKO reserves the right to increase the amount of vouchers available.
  13. ESOOKO reserves the right to put a time limit on when the vouchers need to be used by.
